Job Description
Salary: £5.28 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30
To gain experience and training in a business administrative environment with a view to achieving a Level 3 Standard qualification.
By having a highly regarded set of skills, apprentices can go on to develop their career within specific interests they may have such as progressing through the dealership.
- Source and allocate parts
- Stock monitoring
- Answer phone calls, emails and walk ins from customers
- Taking orders from customers
- Ensure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.
What we need:
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent (A*-C/9-4 in English and maths required)
- Excellent customer service
- Team Player
- Able to motivate yourself when working on own
- Effective communicator
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan ahead effectively and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly responsive but organised in approach
- Good IT skills
