1. Our commitment
HGV Traders is operated by BST Digital Ltd. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking in any form.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
2. Our business
We provide a software platform for HGV dealers and industry participants. Our operations are based in the United Kingdom with technology suppliers primarily in the UK, EU, and US.
3. Supply chain
Our supply chain consists mainly of cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and telecommunications services. We assess high-risk suppliers during onboarding and review contractual commitments annually.
4. Policies and due diligence
- Whistleblowing and reporting channels for staff and contractors.
- Supplier review for key technology and service providers.
- Employment checks for direct hires in line with UK law.
5. Training and awareness
Relevant team members receive awareness of modern slavery risks. We will expand training as the business grows.
