Terms of Service

By accessing or using HGV Traders you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Organisation accounts may have multiple users. The organisation owner is responsible for actions taken by authorised members.

Dealers may publish stock, job, and event listings subject to their subscription plan limits. You must own or have authority to advertise the vehicles and content you publish.

You must not publish misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or unlawful content. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

You grant HGV Traders a non-exclusive licence to display, index, and promote your listings on the platform and in related marketing.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees, trial periods, and plan limits are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law and our billing policies.

HGV Traders is a marketplace platform. We do not own listed vehicles and are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including liability limits and governing law) will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
