Guidelines for use of HGV Traders name, logo, and brand assets.

1. Ownership

HGV Traders, the HGV Traders logo, and related brand assets are owned by BST Digital Ltd. Unauthorised use may infringe trademark and copyright rights.

2. Permitted use

Dealers and partners may use HGV Traders branding only as follows:

Displaying the "Listed on HGV Traders" or dealer badge provided within the platform.
Linking to your public dealer profile or listings on hgvtraders.com.
Referring to HGV Traders in factual press or marketing with accurate description.

3. Prohibited use

Modifying, distorting, or recolouring the logo without written approval.
Implying endorsement, partnership, or ownership where none exists.
Registering domain names, social handles, or trademarks containing HGV Traders.
Using brand assets on misleading, offensive, or competing services.
