Modul-System UK Brings Renault Master to RTX 2026 — Stand GR32

Lightweight, modular van conversions and Modul-Connect electrics on display at RTX.

Modul-System Limited (formerly Tevo Limited), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of van racking and total van conversion solutions, will be exhibiting on Stand GR32 at RTX 2026, with a fully fitted Renault Master taking centre stage.

With space on the stand for a single vehicle, Modul-System UK has chosen the walk-in Renault Master as its showcase platform, giving visitors the chance to step inside and experience a working conversion at first hand. Inside, the vehicle brings together the four pillars of the Modul-System offer: Modul-System lightweight modular racking, Modul-Floor flooring and lining, Modul-Connect vehicle electrics and the Roof System of bars, pipe carriers and exterior lights.

Manufactured from ultra-high-strength steel, Modul-System’s durable racking designs are engineered to maximise storage capacity without adding excess weight, a critical advantage as operators look to protect payload, control running costs and respond to tighter EV and driving-licence-related weight thresholds. By keeping conversion weight down, the system supports increased load capacity, lower CO₂ emissions and reduced fuel costs in diesel vehicles, and extended range in electric and hybrid commercial vehicles.

Modul-System UK’s no-drilling installation method eliminates the risk of corrosion and protects the vehicle’s residual value, backed by a 3-year warranty on installation and the technical confidence of close to 50 years of industry experience. The modular nature of the system means installations can evolve with operational needs, supporting fleets through vehicle changeovers, role changes and business growth without starting from scratch each time.

“The Renault Master on Stand GR32 is a great example of what Modul-System UK does best, a real working vehicle, properly converted, designed around the driver and the job,” said Kevin Walker, Managing Director at Modul-System UK. “RTX at Stoneleigh gives operators the chance to climb inside the vehicle and see for themselves. Operators today need racking that is light, strong, safe and compliant, and that can adapt as their business changes. That is exactly what visitors will see when they step inside the van.”

Backed by an extensive UK service centre network across Scotland, the North, the South, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland, plus a free van racking design consultation service using advanced CAD software, Modul-System UK works with large fleets, SMEs and tradesmen alike. Customers include utility companies, local authorities, distribution operators, construction businesses, the rail industry, housing associations and a wide range of specialist trades.

The Modul-System UK team will be on Stand GR32 throughout the three days to discuss fleet specifications, EV-ready conversion programmes, compliance considerations and bespoke fit-out projects across multiple vehicle platforms.
