As a Contract Maintenance Coordinator at our Mallusk site, you’ll be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our largest contract customers fleet of vehicles.

You will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our service key accounts team by organising and booking work in conjunction with our group Workshops, ensuring the availability of parts, accurately recording all repair information, identifying vehicles requiring detailed diagnosis while effectively communicating with the customer while their vehicle is with us. You will ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed within the contract terms and in turn ensuring that we exceed our commitments to the contract. You will also maximise service profitability by efficient workshop loading and utilisation.

Essential Criteria

1. Experience of working in a fast-moving customer facing automotive or mechanical environment, preferably within the vehicle, agricultural, heavy machinery or similar sectors.

2. Ability to exhibit a good knowledge of how a car or commercial vehicle works with the ability to explain concerns or repairs to a customer.

3. A keen eye for detail, with good administrative skills and patience to deal with customers effectively.

4. To have the ability to manage customers and administer jobs from the point of booking through to invoicing.

5. To be able to prove you have a clear understanding of the requirement to professionally deal with customers to ensure their loyalty.

6. Clearly be able to display your IT competence and the ability to learn new systems and procedures.

Desirable Criteria

7. Previous experience of working in a car or commercial dealership or garage.

8. Working knowledge of Keyloop DMS.
