Parts AdvisorRygor Auto- Heathrow Truck£28,000-£32,000 DOE42.5 hours: 08:00-17:00/09:00-18:00 on rota. Every other Saturday 08:00-12:00.Your RoleAt Rygor, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor, who has a passion for setting high standards for our customers.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, who will be able to control and maximise parts stock and sales and who is able to approach the role with a commercial mindset.Day to day, you will be:Assisting technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair.Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs.Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership.Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.Handling part payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately.Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer.Referring to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced.️ Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role:Communication – This role is pivotal in ensuring that all stakeholders are accurately informed.Time Management – When working to deadlines, being able to manage your time effectively, is essential.
