- Rygor Auto: Heathrow Van
- Up to £31,000 pa
- 42.5 hours a week - on a three-week rota of either 06:00 to 15:00, 11:00 to 20:00, and 08:00 to 17:00, with 30 minutes unpaid break. Additionally, one in three Saturdays.
Your Role: Parts Advisor
Rygor Auto is looking for an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor to support its growing team and deliver exceptional service to its valued customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer care who has a strong understanding of parts operations and brings a commercial mindset to maximise stock control and sales.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar parts-related role within the automotive industry. You will be confident using technology and ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
You will add value by ensuring the smooth running of their parts department, contributing to both customer satisfaction and business performance.
Day to day, you will be:
- Greeting parts customers on site, making them feel welcome and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting technicians by looking up and providing the parts needed for vehicle repair
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ins and wholesale customers with their parts needs
- Tracking and booking in all incoming or outgoing parts
- Proactively source alternative parts and solutions, leveraging creative problem-solving and supplier networks to minimise downtime and keep customer vehicles operational.
- Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer
- Refer to the parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced
