- Preparing and processing payment runs by bacs and cheque
- Liaising with supplier’s and internal managers
- Dealing with queries
- General maintenance of the purchase ledger
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent computer skills including excel
- Good communication skills
- Must have a responsible and mature attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision to deadlines
