If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!Salary: £30,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 45 hours per week, 30 minute lunch (unpaid).Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.Key Responsibilities:Liaising with customers on site, via phone and email.Liaising with customers in regard to work being carried out on their vehicle.Sales and upsell of labour hours.Selling service plans along with promotional accessories/programs etc.Invoicing and following manufactures warranty procedures.Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely updates and job completion.Planning and scheduling customers vehicles to coincide with their maintenance plan.Understand workshop efficiencies and the importance of loading the workshop diary correctly.Ideally, we are looking for:Appropriate telephone techniques and etiquette.Knowledge of automotive systems, understanding of vehicle basic layout, function & location of parts.Work independently or as a member of the team when necessary.Work in a busy, active, lively environment that can be challenging.Pay exceptional attention to detail.Follow warranty guidelines and how to accurately apply them.Good computer skills essential.Previous experience with Kerridge/PSA would be beneficial.High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential.Team player.Can do attitudeIn return we’ll offer:Employee Assistance programMental Health First Aiders within the businessFree Flu jabs if you are ineligible through the NHSFree eye test plus £70 contribution towards glasses for display screen usersEmployee Discounts On A Range Of Products And Services Including Holidays, Days Out And Supermarket Shops30 days holiday including Bank Holidays rising by 1 day every 5 years capped at 33Free Independent mortgage advice servicePension SchemeSalary Sacrifice(if eligible)Staff EventsFree parkingCycle To Work SchemeCompetitive SalariesCareer development pathways and trainingQuarterly Star Awards Adams Morey itself was launched in 1973 and has successfully built an extensive customer base in the truck and van marketplace along the south coast.
