Invoice Administrator

Rygor Auto, (hybrid/remote)
£26k pa (OTE £31k)
Mon – Fri, 08:00am – 17:00pm

Your Role

At Rygor Auto, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Invoice Administrator to join our award-winning team for Heathrow Truck and Van. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to Invoicing. You will utilise your strong organisational skills to ensure invoicing is accurate and timely.

Day to day you will be:

  • Taking responsibility for monitoring the team and individual performance to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Ensuring that all company policies and procedures applicable to your area or responsibility are always adhered to.
  • Make sure that the service process is upheld at all times, by identifying aged WIP and ensuring the job pack and invoicing is carried out to manufacturers standards.
  • Uphold Rygor’s company values of being Rewarding, Reliable and Respectful and be committed to Setting Standards for your customers and colleagues alike.
