Shift Patten: Rotating shift pattern Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:30 | Monday - Thursday 14:30 - 23:00, Friday 12:30 - 21:00
£37,000 - £50,500 per annum plus an excellent benefits package, including :

- Oversee the daily running of the workshop in conjunction with Service Reception, prioritising workload to meet customer needs, ensuring a steady flow of work through the workshop.
- Diagnose, analyse, and rectify all types of faults, including engines, gear boxes and retarders, brake systems, pneumatic and electrical components.
- Comply with company Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies, including the mandatory wearing of personal protective equipment and machine guarding.
- Supervise workshop staff, monitor timekeeping and productivity.
- Keep up to date with technical developments, mainly concerning products, working methods and equipment in operation, as well as informing the technicians of these developments.
