Job Description
SUMMARY:
Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, you'll be part of a team who ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately.

Picking, packing and processing all sales orders, ensuring accurate delivery of goods to the end user. Supporting all warehouse processes in a safe and effective manner whilst maintaining a clean working environment.
DUTIES:
- Generate picking notes from the warehouse management system.
- Prioritise daily workload ensuring all orders can be picked and packed in time for all daily collections.
- Flag up high volume days to the Warehouse Manager ensuring that appropriate support is given.
- Physical picking and packing of goods ready for shipping.
- Accurately weigh and measure all outgoing consignments.
- Ensure all consignment details are accurately translated to the shipper’s portals.
- Generate shipping labels using the appropriate shipping agents software.
- Must be able to monitor and track split shipments ensuring all ‘to follow’ items are despatched as soon as readily available.
- Regularly monitor your emails ensuring that no important information is missed.
- Handle all ad hoc shipping requests including return of goods to suppliers.
- Arranging customer or supplier collections.
- Monitor and report all inventory quality, damage or discrepancy issues to the Warehouse Manager or Coordinator.
- Track and trace consignments when requested.
- Contact couriers when required for status updates on all delayed consignments.
- Report any notifications of shipment losses or damages to the Warehouse Manager and or Coordinator.
- Monitor packaging stock and flag up and reordering needs before stock is too low.
- Support any stock reallocations.
- Support all inventory stock takes.
- Assist and support the physical packaging of restock when required.
- Maintain constant cleanliness when operating in the Warehouse Zones.
- Ensure all front facing of shelves when picking goods.
- Complying with H&S regulations.
- Providing cover in absence of any warehouse members.
- Use of Forklift Truck.
- Daily dispatch all Bamboo marketing, clubhouse magazines and front of house post.
- Assist with warehouse security.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Experience working with small and medium sized companies.
