- To prepare, process and invoice warranty claims following strict company and manufacturing guidelines.
- Monitoring claim status to final payments.
Person Specification
- Warranty or Service background would be beneficial.
- Vehicle technical knowledge would be beneficial.
- Autoline / Kerridge experience would be beneficial.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Enthusiastic.
- Approachable.
- Able to resolve problems.
- Outstanding organisation skills.
- Good clear telephone manner.
