Description: Northern Commercials Ltd, the leading Iveco Commercials dealership in Yorkshire is looking to recruit a proactive individual to join their service admin team. Located at the Brighouse site there is an opportunity on permanent days. As a proactive member of the dealership's team, you will be required to contribute towards an efficient operation, always ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main duties will include: Coding up warranty / contractual jobs for inputting onto our dealer management system. Invoicing/claim processing. General admin duties and broad support to the service team with day-to-day tasks.

Experience Required: The ideal candidate for this role will be an ex-technician that has technical product knowledge, computer literacy and ideally knowledge of the Keyloop system, but not essential. An ability to communicate at all levels and will be able to demonstrate initiative working alone without supervision.
