From January 2024, all new sales of PALFINGER tail lifts for the UK will be processed by Access XL, while national support services and distribution for both brands will be amalgamated and controlled from the Access XL manufacturing facility in Forfar, Scotland. Through this acquisition and alliance, clients across the UK shall benefit from the local service, support, manufacture and delivery of a market leading tail lift range, overcoming many of the import / export and service limitations apparent in the industry over recent years.
All existing warranty and service commitments will be honoured and delivered through the existing Access XL warranty team and assisted by Dave Cook.
