The strategic move supports Paula Fish’s commitment to sustainable logistics by integrating high-efficiency cold chain technology with real-time fleet management. Carrier Transicold is a part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.

Designed for multi-temperature operations, the Vector HE 19 MT combines high-performance refrigeration with improved fuel efficiency and reduced emissions. The units utilise Carrier Transicold’s electric E-Drive technology, which is central to all Vector refrigeration systems, along with an optimised hermetic scroll compressor and economiser that boost refrigeration capacity during pull-down by 40%, helping protect load integrity while supporting operational efficiency.

Lynx Fleet delivers a powerful suite of digital tools that provide real-time visibility into fleet operations. By harnessing live data on temperature, fuel levels and system status, Paula Fish can monitor its assets remotely, respond rapidly to anomalies and generate detailed reports for customers. The system’s predictive analytics and proactive maintenance alerts help reduce unplanned downtime, optimise fleet utilisation and support data-driven decision-making, giving Paula Fish a clear operational edge in managing sensitive cargo, such as fresh fish and seafood.

“Our logistics operations are built on efficiency, transparency and environmental responsibility,” said Pawel Szczurowski, Transport Director at Paula Fish. “The Vector HE 19 MT units with Lynx Fleet help us deliver on all three fronts, ensuring product integrity while reducing our carbon footprint.”

This investment provides multiple benefits for Paula Fish: greater operational efficiency, enhanced fleet visibility, improved cold-chain compliance and reduced emissions. With more than 40,000 transport orders in 2024 across more than 17.5 million kilometers, Paula Fish’s modern fleet and technology-driven logistics are key to its leadership in the sector.

“Paula Fish is a model of sustainable innovation in logistics,” said Maciej Kedzierski, Managing Director of Carrier Transicold Poland. “The company’s investment in Lynx Fleet-enabled Vector HE 19 MT units reflects a forward-thinking approach to cold chain transport, and we’re proud to support its journey toward carbon neutrality.”

The company’s sustainability efforts extend beyond transport with Paula Fish operating six renewable energy farms that generate 15,700 megawatt-hours annually, 75% of which is used internally. Its zero-waste philosophy ensures maximum raw material utilisation, producing high-protein fishmeal and fish oil. The company also supports local communities through job creation, sustainable tourism and equal opportunity initiatives.
