Convey Technology appoints Lee Oliver as New Business Development Director
Lee joins Convey with extensive experience in the fleet and driver compliance software sector and is well known across the transport industry for building trusted, long-standing relationships with fleet operators. He has progressed through senior commercial and leadership roles within compliance-focused SaaS environments, working closely with operators to support compliance, safety and operational efficiency.

Steve Fisher, Founder and CEO of Convey Technology, said:

“Convey has grown by staying focused on what operators and transport teams need from their compliance systems, and we’re now at a stage where both our platform and our reach in the market are expanding, with clear plans for the next phase of the business. Our focus is on sustainable growth and developing the company in the right way.

Bringing Lee into the business strengthens that approach and supports the next stage of those plans. His knowledge of the sector and understanding of customer expectations support the direction we’re heading in as we continue investing in the platform and the people behind it.”

Commenting on his appointment, Lee said:
“I’m driven by one clear principle: fleet operators deserve data they can trust – real, honest, and accurate. When it comes to compliance, there’s no margin for error.

By joining a team that shares this mindset, we’re setting a clear ambition: to raise the standard of safety, efficiency, and sustainability for every Convey client, new and existing.”

Lee’s appointment comes at an important point in Convey’s development, following the recent announcement that Tresmares has acquired a minority equity stake in the business to support its next phase of growth.

In his role, Lee will work closely with customers, partners and the wider Convey team, with a strong focus on data integrity, compliance standards and practical, real-world solutions and support for fleet operators.
