DAF Trucks and SCS Software have added the New Generation DAF XD distribution truck to Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2). The ‘International Truck of the Year 2023’ is the first-ever distribution truck to make an appearance in the immensely popular computer game.
The state-of-the-art New Generation DAF XD, introduced last year at the IAA, has set a new benchmark in the regional and national distribution segment. In the fields of efficiency, safety and driver comfort, the XD has created a league of its own.
Experience exceptional visibility
In the computer game, players can virtually experience the first-class safety of the XD. The large windscreen and large side windows with ultra-low belt lines, combined with the low cab position and optional Kerb View Window, result in an unparalleled direct view. Optimal indirect view is – also in the game – guaranteed through the unique DAF Corner View and DAF Digital Vision System.
