“With the launch of the new Driver Checks app, we are once again investing to ensure our customers continue to benefit from cutting-edge technology to make their operations simpler, more cost-effective and, most importantly, safer,” said Ash Connell, r2c Commercial Director.
“The original Driver Checks app has been a phenomenal success with more than 30 million users since it launched in 2015. In 2025 it saw 5.2 million driver checks carried out, ensuring vehicles remain safe and compliant before heading out on to the road.
“With the added features and flexibility incorporated, we are sure that the Driver Checks app will continue to be a company’s first line of defence in the daily challenge of ensuring compliance.”
The investment in the new app follows significant investment in new modules for r2c’s range of fleet workshop solutions aimed at saving time, money and ensuring compliance.
r2c has recently launched Document Integrations, an innovative intelligent feature that seamlessly imports, maps and manages inspection documents, massively reducing the admin workload of transport operators.
It has also launched Incident Management, which helps to revolutionise incident reporting, resolution and compliance for the transport industry by allowing operators to take control of incidents, near-misses and vehicle damage from the moment they happen.
