The dealership will operate a new workshop which will be dedicated to LCV activity supporting the Truck workshop located less than a mile away. This new location will offer the full range of Renault Trucks commercial vehicles from 2.8 tonnes – 44 tonnes, alongside an aftersales servicing operation and EV education centre.
With plenty of secure parking, the new site is fully equipped with multiple workshop bays, an MOT lane for Class 4, 5, and 7 vehicles, complete with computerised brake roller testing and comprehensive diagnostic facilities for all makes and models. The aftersales department also supplies repair and maintenance agreements for both new and in-service vehicles. As an approved dealer of genuine Renault replacement parts, Sparks also provides a dedicated parts counter for sales and workshop support. Sparks’ team of Renault Trucks-trained and certified technicians, along with Renault Trucks' 24/7 roadside assistance, ensures that customer vehicles receive timely, cost-effective maintenance and repairs tailored to budget and schedule.
