The formation of Supervac brings together two highly respected and well-established businesses with decades of combined expertise in vacuum tanker engineering, creating a new manufacturing group with expanded capabilities, increased production capacity, and a clear long-term vision for the future of tanker design and manufacture in the UK.
Together, the two sites now provide more than 90,000 sq. ft of dedicated manufacturing capacity, supporting the production of both rigid vacuum tankers and articulated tanker trailers across a wide range of applications.
The newly formed group has invested in advanced in-house production equipment and manufacturing processes, including state-of-the-art spray booths, laser cutting machinery, plate rolling equipment and section bending machinery.
Alongside this, the introduction of automated welding technology is helping drive increased consistency, quality standards and production efficiency across the business.
The result is a significantly expanded operational capability, enabling Supervac to manufacture vehicles to both Non-Hazardous and ADR tanker standards, while broadening its overall product offering to customers operating across municipal, industrial, environmental and infrastructure sectors.
Further to the substantial infrastructure investment, there has also been significant increase in employee numbers across the group, which has now been further bolstered by executive team and senior management appointments to drive future growth.
Over the coming months, Supervac will be launching two brand-new products designed to meet evolving customer demands across both urban and high-performance applications.
The first is a new 26-tonne high-performance combination unit designed for maximum productivity and performance in demanding operational environments. The second is a compact and agile 13-tonne Urban combi developed specifically for work in tighter urban environments where manoeuvrability and accessibility are critical.
In addition to new vehicle manufacturing, Supervac will also offer a dedicated used vehicle service, providing customers with access to high-quality pre-owned vacuum tankers and support vehicles.
