Retro Truck Show 2023
| With hundreds of trucks coming to the Museum each year, this is one of the largest truck shows in the calendar. The show is mainly dedicated to trucks produced between 1972 and 2002 and hails the legendary names of the industry, such as Scania, DAF and Volvo. You won't only find local trucks either; they come from all over the UK. We even have some trucks coming in from Europe - notably France, the Netherlands and Belgium, giving a continental flavour to this great event!
For the truck owners, this annual weekend makes for the perfect trucking holiday and the perfect chance to enjoy a catch up with friends and like-minded people. Those who plan on camping will have access to a bar in the evening too.
On top of the show, all tickets include entry to the Museum and Collections Centre, the proud home to a collection of over 400 historic British cars. Truck fans will be able to find the very first Morris One-Ton truck, produced in 1924, in the Collections Centre. Don't forget to take a stroll through the Indoor Model Show and trade area and peruse a selection of photos, brochures and models. When you need a break, head to the Junction 12 Café for hot meals, sweet treats and refreshments. Alternatively, you can make a quick pitstop on your way around the show with ice creams and burgers available outside.
