Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced coach builders in the construction, modification, and customisation of luxury coaches.
- Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Participate in the installation of vehicle interiors, including seating, flooring, and paneling.
- Develop skills in using various tools and equipment necessary for coach building.
- Assist in ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in vehicle construction and customisation.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in relevant subjects (e.g., Design and Technology) are advantageous.
