Job Description
Salary: £5.28 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
To gain experience and training in a business administrative environment with a view to achieving Level 3 Business Administrator qualification
- Meet customers booking their vehicles in for service
- Answering phones and taking bookings or forward queries to colleagues.
- Responding to emails, both internal and external.
- Using a variety of software systems (data entry).
- Assist with invoicing.
- Filing, scanning and paperwork.
- Liaise with Technicians.
- Support management when required.
- Spend time with the wider Administration team
- Other Admin Tasks as necessary.

- GCSE Maths and English
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- Team Player
- Able to motivate yourself when working on own
- Effective communicator
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan ahead effectively and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly responsive but organised in approach
- Good IT skills
