Motus Commercials is an approved DAF Commercial Vehicle dealership located in Cumbernauld and is on the lookout for a dedicated Commercial Vehicle Apprentice Service Advisor. As our new Apprentice, you will join our friendly Team which will see you working 5 days a week 08.00am to 16.30pm in our approved DAF dealership service reception.

What Will You Be Doing?
Motus Commercials in Cumbernauld is an approved DAF Dealership who are hiring a new Commercial Vehicle Customer Service Apprentice who can learn how to manage the service reception in an efficient manner ensuring customers vehicles are being maintained to the correct standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service using various forms of communication for example in person, phone, or email.
- Assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop ensuring full utilisation of time available.
- Updating customer on their vehicle progress whilst in our workshop
- Scheduling services required for customers.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers getting their vehicles back on the road to keep our country running
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To undertake hands on training within the Service Department by working with your nominated mentor.
- To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our already Brilliant fully skilled Service Advisors.
- To attend recognised courses of instruction and achieve the correct pass mark for each course.
- To always work to the best of his/her ability.
- To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
- To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the service reception area.
- To enjoy your time as a Brilliant Colleague within Motus Commercials.
Who Are We Looking for?
We are looking an apprentice to join our friendly Team who can demonstrate:
- An interest in motor vehicles is desirable.
- Enthusiasm, commitment, and confidence.
- Ability to clearly communicate
- Being highly motivated with an eye for detail.
- That they are driven by their own initiative
- An excellent communicator with the ability to maintain positive relationships.
- Minimum grade C / 5 in English and Maths is preferred.
