About the role

Bodyshop Manager – PortsmouthHours of work: 40 hours per week Monday to FridaySalary: £40k-£45k DOE plus bonusDue to continued growth and internal promotions we are delighted to share that we have a new exciting opportunity to join the business as Bodyshop Manager for our Portsmouth branch.What you’ll be doing:Manage and control the efficient running of the bodyshop departmentComply with all departmental and company quality/environmental standards and processes.Comply with all company and legislative Health and Safety policies, standards and processesManagement and control of all WIP and debtors.Aftersales marketing in conjunction with the Contract Sales Specialist.Day to day management of the Bodyshop team.Ensure the team receive all necessary training to ensure that customers continue to receive the highest standard of service.Maintain and build positive working relationships with customers and ensure deadlines are met.Ensure that dealership standards and KPI’s are achieved in your area of influence.Constantly seek opportunities to identify and implement improvements to operational work practices and processes into the bodyshop department.Maintain and build positive working relationships with internal customers and colleaguesWhat we need from you:Lead by example, act as a role model for employees to follow.Be courteous and respectful towards customers and their property.Set and achieve high personal standards of work.Be friendly, approachable and a team-player.Use initiative and find solutions to problems.Able to translate complex technical problems into simple every day language that customers and your team can easily understand.Continually seek out opportunities to promote the company and attract more customers.Be proactive and energetic in the work situation, seeking to get things done and at the same time deal with a variety of tasks.In return we’ll offer:22 days holiday + Bank holidays, increases with length of serviceCompetitive employer pensionCareer development opportunities Adams Morey is a part of the Greenhous Group which holds a position as one of the leading independent commercial enterprises in the UK.
