Location: BristolSalary: Competitive plus CarHours: Full TimeContract type: PermanentClosing date:Job detailsWe are looking for an exceptional Branch Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-performing operation.This role would suit a strong people leader who thrives in a changing environment and has a proven track record of managing successful teams, driving performance, and taking full ownership of branch results and P&L.You should come from a strong operational leadership background, ideally within automotive, service, retail, logistics or other fast-paced customer-focused environments, significant experience operating at a senior level.Proven experience managing high-performing teams of 20+ people across multiple disciplines is essential, alongside the ability to create a positive culture, drive accountability and deliver exceptional customer service.Whilst knowledge of the truck or commercial vehicle industry including service, parts and aftersales would be advantageous, we are equally interested in strong operational leaders from other sectors who can demonstrate commercial awareness, customer focus and the ability to drive business performance.It is important to us to make sure we look after our employees and therefore we offer a competitive salary + plus bonus.
