Job OverviewWe are seeking⭐️⭐️Transporter Driver Required ⭐️⭐️Currently looking for Class 1 HGV driver to drive our 7.2T Iveco +Trailer for immediate start. Experience preferred.Job involves collection and deliveries from garages, auctions and houses.Must be prepared to do up to 4 nights out per week. And manage there working hours by tachograph.Salary dependent on experience.Company Pension.Paid annual leave.Based in our Dunfermline yard working Monday to Friday.Please call Chris on: 07834001543 a reliable and skilled Transporter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial driving and delivery, with the ability to operate various types of vehicles, including flatbed lorries. This role requires excellent communication skills and mechanical knowledge to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate vehicles for the transportation of goods to designated locations.Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with warehouse staff and clients.Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with vehicles as needed.Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.Collaborate with team members to optimise delivery routes and schedules.QualificationsValid commercial driving licence (CDL) is preferred.Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transport role.Familiarity with flatbed car transporter is advantageousExcellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
