About the role
We are Alert Logistics Ltd, a family run company for over 40 years with our main yard in Drax near Selby. We operate 28 Mercedes Benz Actros, high roof 18 tonne curtain siders throughout the UK. We have several long standing contracts and are extremely busy. The job is tramping, away Monday to Friday, with the odd run in Saturday am at T/Half and Sunday At D/Time.Hourly rate is £12.00, with hours exceeding 60 per week, this has regular earnings of over £740.00 plus, Mon to Fri. Night Out allowance at £25.00 each x 4 £100.00 per week and Meal allowance £5.00 per day, £25 per week. per 5 day week worked.Overtime Saturday at £18 per hour, Sunday £24.00 per hour with 5 hours guaranteed.20 days Annual Holidays and 8 Bank Holidays per year, guarantees a further £3,572.80 per year in holiday pay.Please only apply if the job is of genuine interest to you.
