Job Description
- Construct, modify and customise luxury coaches.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Install vehicle interiors, including seating, flooring, and paneling.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in vehicle construction and customisation.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in relevant subjects (e.g., Design and Technology) are advantageous.
- Comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
- Experience working on luxury vehicles.
