Colleague Engagement Consultant – 14 months FTCLocation: Glasgow, GB, G51 4GAPosition Type: ProfessionalLocation: Glasgow (Hybrid/Onsite – North & Scotland)Travel: Some requiredSalary: £35,000 plus benefits We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about building our future workforce. As a Colleague Engagement Consultant, you will play a key role in coaching and supporting the delivery of our apprenticeship programme while enhancing the overall colleague experience. You will be responsible for coordinating our technical apprenticeship programme across the North & Scotland region. This includes establishing a robust internal structure and working closely with external training providers to deliver an end-to-end apprenticeship experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about attracting and developing top talent, ensuring our colleagues receive the best possible investment, helping position Volvo as an employer of choice.Key responsibilities:Collaborate with our appointed Apprentice Learning Provider and the North & Scotland Dealer Network to promote and develop competence trainingBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCoach and support colleagues at all levels, providing guidance on development programmesIdentify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance programme deliveryCoordinate and deliver induction programmes for new startersTrack and report on KPIs and competence development metricsProvide HR administrative support, including notetaking, exit interviews, data collation, and employee relations case supportSupport internal and external events, including community and societal engagement activitiesMonitor programme progress and proactively identify opportunities for improvementUndertake any additional duties as required by your managerRequired Competencies:Proven ability to work proactively and independentlyExcellent communication skills, with confidence to challenge and provide feedback at all levelsCalm and effective under pressure, with a pragmatic and open approachExperience gathering, analysing, and delivering complex data within tight deadlinesUnderstanding of GDPR and experience handling confidential and sensitive informationBenefits:Generous pension planHealthcare plan with access to dental insuranceMany discounts for yourself, family and friendsWe value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.
