Salary: Competitive with Company Car
Location: Warwick, with frequent Travel to UK dealerships

- Lead the Commercial Academy: Be the central point of contact for all commercial training in the UK & Ireland, ensuring high-quality, tailored training programmes for the UK & Ireland Dealer Network.
- Manage the Sales Apprenticeship Programme: Oversee the programme, providing guidance and support to apprentices and the Dealer Network.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Agree the annual training plan with the HR & Competence Development Director and work with internal teams and Renault Trucks HQ in France to ensure training programmes align with business priorities and meet the evolving needs of our industry.
- Create Effective Training Solutions: Design and deliver relevant, engaging training content that drives commercial success across the Dealer Network.
- Embrace Innovation: Use emerging technologies and blended learning techniques to enhance the training experience, both in-person and virtually.
- Evaluate and Improve: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training, act on feedback and make improvements to maximise impact and success.
