Job Description
We’re looking for someone efficient and with an excellent eye for detail. Experience of the commercial vehicle sector is an advantageous but not essential.

What will you be doing?
- Invoicing and controlling depot work-in-progress (anything that is not invoiced in hours)
- Work within credit control policy and procedures
- Carry out, retail, repair & maintenance and internal costing as per company standards
- Supply fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorised where required
- Audit job cards, associated service documentation and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures
- Assist in achieving site KPI’s in relation to efficiency, WIP targets, recovery rates and invoice lead time
- Resolve and assist in invoice queries and other administration duties when required
- Comply with company health, safety and environmental policies always
- Contacting customers and obtaining order numbers if required
Monday – Friday – 08:00am until 17:30pm
Salary from £26,000 to £30,000 per annum plus company bonus

The successful candidate will have:
- Kerridge Experience
- Commitment to working as part of a team
- Excellent administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Good standard of numeracy
- Basic IT skills
- Effective communication
- Advantageous to have awareness and understanding of commercial vehicle service and parts operations and repairs
- The ability to organise work on own initiative and work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to actively seek solutions to problems
