About the role

Location: Ipswich, GB, IP3 9RTPosition Type: StudentCSR Apprentice - Ipswich Salary up to £20k dependent upon skill set and experience Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 1700hrs (1/2 hr unpaid lunch) Start your career with Volvo Truck and Bus! Be trained to a high level of morale and focus to ensure the highest possible levels of efficiency, quality of workmanship and production finish in order to sustain growth in customer confidence in the service provided by the Dealer point. What you will doJoining a dealer point where the repair and maintenance of trucks takes place. A CSR apprentice over a two year period, you will be responsible for working towards being the key point of contact for the customer, keeping them updated through each stage of the Volvo service process.
