Parts/ CSR- AberdeenLocation: Aberdeen, GB, AB12 4PFPosition Type: ProfessionalSalary: Very Competitive Shifts: 07:00 – 15:30 Mon – Thurs. 07.00 - 14:30 Fri. 09:30 – 18.00 Mon – Thurs. 09:30 – 17:00 Fri.Alternate weeks We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts & Service Advisor to join our busy Aberdeen team. In this crucial frontline role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting both the Parts and Service departments.What you will doAs a Parts Service Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our customers and workshop team. You will be the first point of contact for parts enquiries, offering expert advice, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring our customers receive the high-quality service they expect from the Volvo brand.
