You will be the person our dealers and customers rely on to keep things moving and ensure every case is handled with care and precision. Receive, manage, and prioritise customer and dealer enquiries via email and phoneAssign cases accurately within the wider team using Salesforce and other internal toolsSupport contract case management, including checking documentation and preparing amendments and extensionsManage dealer communications and case handling primarily via SalesforcePrepare and issue customer communications, including excess mileage invoices, annual price increase letters and completed contract documentationMaintain customer data across systems to support invoicing accuracy, working with colleagues in the UK, Ireland and Sweden to resolve corrective actions Who are you?You will come from a customer service backgroundConfident communicator, able to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsComfortable analysing/interpreting high volumes of dataYou will have a Continuous improvement mindset and always be looking to develop longer-term solutions for managing customer enquiriesProficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word (including mail merges)Experience using CRM or other case management systemsEnthusiastic and adaptable approach to tasks and challenges Take a look at Volvo Trucks and what it's like to work here: Social Channels: Facebook LinkedIn Instagram TikTok Glassdoor Indeed YouTubeWebsite: Volvo Trucks UK and Ireland If this role sounds like a good fit, Apply Now!All Volvo Group adverts are advertised for a minimum of 10 working days.
