Location: Warwick, 5 days a week in the office
Salary: £27,000
Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM - 12 Months FTC

Our dynamic team oversees the administration of finance contracts for customers purchasing Volvo Group products, which encompass trucks, buses, and construction equipment. As part of this dedicated team, your role will involve inputting new contract information into our systems, meticulously reviewing necessary documentation, and activating contracts. Additionally, you will play a vital role in managing any contract changes that arise during their lifespan.

- Input new contract information accurately into our systems.
- Conduct thorough checks on required documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Activate contracts in compliance with established procedures.
- Manage and process changes to contracts during their lifecycle.
- Engage with customers via email to provide comprehensive support.
- Execute a variety of tasks, ensuring each day brings new challenges and opportunities.
- Cultivate a flexible approach to tasks and a keen willingness to learn.
Who are you?
- Experience in customer service and administration is advantageous.
- Training will be provided to enhance your skills in this role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage documentation accurately.
- A flexible mindset and eagerness to acquire and retain knowledge.
- Proficient in handling customer inquiries over email.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable approach to tasks and challenges.
- Experience using systems and MS Office 365.
