We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients.What you will doTo manage the Reception area and be the main point of contact for customersResponsible for the planning, scheduling and maintenance of customer service plans and workshop plannerConfirming and booking of MOT’s, planned and unscheduled work with customers in line with VOSA requirementsEnsuring customer contact is maintained, updating the customer, the workshop planner and any relevant systems before, during after any work is undertakenUpdate the customer and workshop regarding contract typeActively liaise and co-ordinate between customer and workshop on progress and ensure timely authorisation of all incremental work is received· Ensure accuracy of job documentation received from the workshopPreparation and provision of invoices to customers at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries or objections on a timely basisUndertake follow up after service / repair visit to check customer satisfactionTo carry out any depot administration tasks as required within your role Who are you?· Be able to work in an organised & methodical manner in a fast moving environment· Have a friendly and helpful nature with the desire to deliver excellent customer service· To be able to effectively communicate to customers and colleagues· To be able to identify customers’ needs & propose appropriate solutions· Attention to detail· Negotiation skills· To be able to remain calm and patient in a dynamic business environment· Flexible and positive approach to changing circumstances and changing priorities· Team Oriented· Basic knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook applications & general computer literacyWhat’s in it for you?Benefits:25 days holiday raising to 30 days with servicehealthcare plan with access to dental insuranceCompany pensionreferral scheme (earn yourself £1000)Many discounts for family and friends on High St Retailers, travel, theme days out, gym memberships plus much more We value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.
