Customer Service Team Leader - Avonmouth

12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30

 An exciting opportunity at Scania Avonmouth to be our Customer Service Team Leader. You will be a forward thinker, responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all customer interactions. You will manage your team to deliver a premium service, build positive working relationships and improve processes, continuously improving and ultimately ensuring our customers receive a fantastic service, every time.
 
Key Responsibilities:

•    Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
•    Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Advisors & Administrators to meet business KPI’s and performance standards.
•    Ensure a ‘customer first culture’ within your team of professional Customer service Advisors.
•    Improve the efficiency of servicing, repairs and maintenance handling queries.
•    Oversee accurate invoicing for works carried out, keeping WIP to a minimum.
•    Monitor and enhance performance and processes, including quality job card write ups.
•    Monitor and review business KPI’s, addressing underperformance and minimising costs to the Branch.
•    Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication, working upfront to keep our customers up to date.
