As a Connected Services Team Leader, it's imperative that you have great people skills. You'll be the go-to liaison between your team and the wider company, fielding enquiries from all corners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the coordination of an expanding Telematics and Tachograph services portfolio of 70,000 connected vehicles, to safeguard customer compliance and help optimise customer operations.
  • Lead a small team of coordinators in day-to-day processes, challenging methods to actively seek potential for improvement.
  • Deputise for the Connected & E-Mobility Services Manager in strategic meetings or on key project deliverables.
  • Pro-actively support the portfolio of Connected Service solutions, in line with agreed service levels to existing and conquest customers, including but not limited to follow ups, product familiarisation, sales and aftersales support.
  • Help review and develop current department processes, with a view to driving efficiencies through automation.
  • Manage and resolve ongoing invoice queries and financial discrepancies.
  • Work closely with fleet customers to ensure accuracy on key client’s portfolios.
  • Regular communication with factory, technical and Scania Assistance, to proactively raise issues and maximise customer support.
  • Provide ongoing strategic support for the regional Services Sales teams, New Sales teams and Product Experience Specialists, to increase the portfolios growth.
  • Steer customer inputs to drive product development, leading the voice of customer.
  • Any other duties in line with the job scope.
