Dealer Management System (DMS) Specialist

SAGA Truck & Van have an exciting opportunity for a Dealer Management System (DMS) Specialist to join our Hatfield Team.

SAGA Truck and Van is one of the largest Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle dealerships in the UK. With sites across East Anglia, Hertfordshire, Essex and Kent, our facilities are staffed by experienced professionals who specialise in providing support to businesses of all shapes and sizes.

Not only can we supply new and used trucks and vans, we also offer an array of aftersales services, including overnight vehicle servicing and MOTs, tacho calibration, genuine parts and more.

We are seeking a Dealer Management System (DMS) Specialist will be responsible for the effective management and support of Autoline (Keyloop) at SAGA Truck & Van. This role focuses on optimising system performance, ensuring data integrity, and delivering seamless integration across key departments, including Sales, Aftersales, Parts, and Finance.

A proven experience with Autoline (Keyloop) DMS in a dealership environment – preferably 2+ years.
A strong understanding of dealership operations – Sales, Aftersales, Workshop, Parts, and Finance

Hours

Monday - Friday
40 hours per week

Salary: Competitive salary per annum plus bonus

What will you be doing?

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Autoline DMS-related functions and support.
Oversee configuration, updates, user access, and integration of the Autoline system with dealership operations.
Provide training and ongoing support to staff across Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounts departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Autoline platform in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Keyloop and internal stakeholders to implement system improvements and updates
Generate reports and analytics using the DMS to support operational decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with manufacturer (Mercedes-Benz) standards and guidelines.
Participate in audits and system reviews, ensuring best practices are followed.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience with Autoline (Keyloop) DMS in a dealership environment – preferably 2+ years.
Prior experience working in or supporting a Mercedes-Benz dealership or another premium OEM.
Strong understanding of dealership operations – Sales, Aftersales, Workshop, Parts, and Finance
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data integrity
Ability to train and support users of varying skill levels.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Project management or systems implementation experience.
