Job Description
You will take pride in increasing the competence level of our dealer network, working with internal stakeholders to ensure that systems are utilised to their full potential.
You will plan and manage the training life cycle for new, existing and evolving systems.
You will deliver classroom-based training sessions at either our Bedworth Training Centre or Warwick Head Office in addition to supporting our dealers across the UK & Ireland where required (both onsite and remotely).
You will be a confident communicator and you “get” systems. You are a quick learner, quick to pick up systems and know how to pass on information in a practical and easy-to-understand way so that learners truly can “learn it today, use it tomorrow” after your sessions.
You will be comfortable working collaboratively and cross-functionally, collating and sharing feedback from the network with internal teams to support future systems enhancements.
What you will do:-
- Create and deliver process and application training to the dealer network.
- Manage the full life cycle of training from development to delivery to follow-up.
- Create e-learnings and video training material to support the network
- Measure and report on relevant system and training KPI’s.
- Work cross functionally to identify training needs across the network.
- Be a Renault Trucks systems ambassador.
- Take full responsibility for the creation and promotion of Renault Truck business system training content
- Work in accordance with Volvo Group UK standards of health, safety, quality and environmental care.
- Approachable and customer focused.
- Ability to coach and influence at all levels whilst working collaboratively
- Ability to effectively deliver training in both workplace and classroom environments
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office and other Business analysis and reporting tools
- A good problem solver with a rational, innovative and curious mindset
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- A good team player with a positive and determined “can do” attitude.
- Ability to handle change management when implementing new systems
- Coaching and encouraging users to optimise their use of tools and applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively
