What you will doDealerpoint Manager – Cardiff Renault Truck Commercials, part of the Volvo Group, is looking for a Commercial Truck experienced Dealerpoint Manager with based at our Cardiff depot. Part of the Renault Trucks network we serve the vehicle industry, supporting our customers business requirements and keeping their fleets on the road.Package:This role offers a significant basic salary with a healthy bonus of 30% taking the OTE to c£71,000 along with a leading package which includes, private health care, an excellent pension contribution of 10% matched, company car, plus other work perks from being part of a prestigious global brand.We are seeking an experienced senior leader with a proven track record within a Commercial Truck Dealership to successfully deliver the operational and strategic plans of the depot. Driven, with a natural desire to develop people, expand our customer base and build upon our excellent customer reputation. You will be managing a team of 17 across the Workshop, Parts and Front of House roles. It is the Manager’s responsibility to grow the profitability of the business, through the management and development of the employees and customers, whilst striving to exceed the best vehicle industry standards through financial productivity, operating standards and customer & employee satisfaction.
