Job Description
A commercial Vehicle depot manager is required to manage a main dealership commercial vehicle depot, complete with service, parts and workshop departments. The role will include managing all the departments and to maximise the profitability of both parts and service departments, including continual improvements in utilisation of staff and efficiency of organisation.
ROLE: Depot Manager - Commercial Vehicles
LOCATION: Hayes
BASIC SALARY: £50k to £60k
BONUS: 10% of basic salary

ROLE:
- Budgeting
- Maintain compliance in all areas of Health and Safety in the workplace
- Selection and recruitment of staff in all departments (In conjunction with GM)
- Contribute to the development of all operating and administrative systems to ensure that quality, efficient and timely work is carried out
- Remain up to date with all relevant legal requirements
- Achieve and strive to exceed customer service level expectations and agreements
- Identify and implement a training plan for all depot staff
- Ensure premises are maintained to a high standard, in line with Iveco Dealer Operating standards
- Ensure premises security measures are adequate at all times
- Actively seek new business in conjunction with GM/GSM
- Ensure all invoice related queries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Monitor Warranty/Contract ledger
- Actively participate in all measured campaigns and competitions
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must have experience of managing a commercial vehicle depot, main dealer, with a parts department, workshop etc.

- Current driving licence
- Ability to work within guidelines given and to strict deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure

- Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks
- Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements
