Diagnostic Vehicle Technician | Heathrow area | c£35.00 per hour + Benefits + Double over-time
Due to sustained growth, I am now seeking to recruit an experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join very busy workshop near Heathrow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fault diagnosing truck and vans, dealing with technical queries and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment – Jaltest, TEXA and IVECO Easy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Support busy workshop and provide Technical support to our Mobile Team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years HGV experience
- City and Guilds Level III or NVQ Level III in Vehicle Mechanics - We will consider IMI and other professional certification / qualifications, providing they are structured
- Excellent diagnosis fault finding skills
- Work on own initiative and as part of a friendly and hard working team
- Reside within an agreeable travel distance from the Heathrow area
- MUST be able to work in the UK, e.g. Visa, Work Permit (WE are not in a position to assist and bring people to the UK without the relevant documents). You will be required to be resident in the UK to be considered for this role - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO WORK PERMIT OR VISA - WE ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO ASSIST YOU
On offer:
- Upto £35.00 per hour + Double Overtime + Benefits
- Working days (Monday to Friday)

This is a permanent position that can be an immediate start for the right individual.
