Job Description
Applications are invited for the post of eTruck Sales Consultant for Mertrux.
This is a full-time position and will be based at our Derby Head Office - the position reports to the Truck Sales Manager.

The role is to support our customers in the transition to Electric Mercedes-Benz and Fuso Trucks, including electric charging solutions.
Mercedes Benz has a full range of fully electric trucks available now, this is an exciting and challenging role and will be pivotal in supporting our customers in the transition to electric trucks.
- · Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- · Exemplary knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry - Preferred.
- · Heavy Goods Vehicle licence holder (C+E) advantageous but not essential
- · Sales process experience in the heavy vehicle industry – preferred but not essential
- · Excellent numeracy and communication skills
- · Genuine demonstrable interest in electric vehicles.
- · Ability to identify, exploit and explain product strengths in a market environment.
- · Strong customer orientation with a high collaborative approach.
- · Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the business.
- · Proven presentation skills with ability to present in public.
- · Ability to think at a strategic and tactical level.
- · Highly effective team player
