Even the management are very approachable”.We have a new and exciting opening for an experienced Parts Advisor to join the Parts Team at our in Dundee.THE ROLETo work within a dedicated team providing original and aftermarket parts support to a customer base of commercial vehicle operators and other small businesses.Provide parts support to our own very busy workshop.Communicate with customers to determine their requirements.Identify parts, produce quotations and supply parts required for various jobs.Accurately process customer/workshop orders as well as orders received via other AM Phillip Trucktech branches.Assist colleagues where required with goods in, parcel despatch, serving on customer counters and warehouse duties.Take part in the completion of the department’s annual stock take.KEY SKILLSExperience in a similar roll is essential.Good communication skills.Customer Service skills.Experience of commercial vehicles is preferable but not essential.IT literacy.Punctuality.Successful applicants will enjoy excellent working conditions as well as a competitive remuneration package.COMPANY BENEFITS30 Days holiday per annum, plus an extra holiday on your birthday (after a year's service)Enhanced company pensionFlexible working hours (subject to availability)Staff discount on new and used cars via our Glenford dealershipBereavement leaveOn-site parkingCompany life-assurance policyHealth & wellbeing supportMortgage adviceReferral programme: Colleagues can receive up to £1,000 for each successful technician referral!To apply for this fantastic opportunity and join our team, you must be eligible to work in the UK and be a resident.
