Senior Management Support Partner
Regional role with frequent travel - base at Glasgow West

As a Senior Management Support Partner, you will have responsibility for a broad range of tasks with an opportunity to bring your own thoughts and ideas to simplify processes, improve business performance and enhance colleague and customer experience. Within the role, you will gain valuable experience in various departments rotating your time to gain maximum exposure to the total business, lending an opportunity to build professional relationships with multiple stakeholders whilst enhancing your own personal knowledge and skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Managing Director planning and organising day to day and senior Management activities
  • Pro-actively manage colleague communications, enhancing with the use of technology. You will be the driving force behind the content whilst demonstrating a desire to be market leading in colleague engagement
  • Co-ordinate our regional customer relationship management processes and work with stakeholders to secure maximum value for colleagues and business
  • Co-ordinate the regional customer satisfaction process, developing activities to maximise customer responses and developing management reporting to highlight performance trends and actions to drive continuous improvement
  • Co-ordinate regional promotional events (internally and externally) to ensure they reflect the Volvo brand image, represent value for the business and customers and build your network and understanding of the industry
  • Liaise with our central marketing team to support regional and local marketing activities within North & Scotland
  • Support Truck Sales Director by collating and delivering business intelligence on market share and vehicle registrations to drive sales growth
  • Support Service Market Director by collating and delivering business intelligence on vehicle parc to understand parts and labour market potentials
  • Actively engage in SMT projects in each sector of the business.

Education & experience:

  • Batchelors Degree in Business Management or relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of being pro-active and a self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to challenge and give feedback across all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritise work to meet required timescales
  • Calm and Effective under pressure with a pragmatic and open approach
  • Experience gathering, consolidating, interpreting and delivering complex data accurately within required timescales
  • Understanding of GDPR and experience working with confidential and sensitive data
