The role

We are seeking a General Manager to join our Mercedes Benz division and manage our Preston dealership. This role will see you lead day to day operations across the site including full accountability for dealership financial performance and line management of the dealership leadership teams. Reporting to the Franchise Director this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and offers the right candidate a chance to join a successful group with high employee engagement.

Who you are

Given the nature of this role, it is preferred that you have previous experience as a General Manager level or are a current Sales/Aftersales Manager displaying longevity within your current position. Manufacturer experience would be beneficial, but isn’t essential to the success of this role.
